Upgrade your props, meditation and relaxation experience with this matching set. The meditation cushion is filled with buckwheat for a grounding base. The eye pillow is filled with lavender to soothe the senses and linseed to block out the light.

The Meditation Cushion.
To aid healthy posture when seated for yoga or meditation. Helping to support the hips, reduce pressure in the knees and allowing you to sit for longer. Can also be used at a desk chair to keep the back from rounding. Filled with Buckwheat hulls.
33cm (13”) across, circular cushion.
Height options are low 6cm, medium 8cm or high 10cm. Select at check out. You can have it high and adapt the height yourself. The aim is to get the perfect height to support your body. So take the time to test and adjust.
Outter cover can be removed and handwashed at a low temperature.
Why Buckwheat hulls?
They adjust as the body moves, to reduce tension in the lower back.
Buckwheat hulls are the outter shell of a buckwheat grain so natural, durable and repurposed.

The Eye Pilliow
Perfect for laying in Savasana at the end of a yoga class, soothing yourself to sleep with the aroma of lavender, or cooling the bag to relieve a migraine or headache.
Filled with linseed, a natural product that gently moulds around the eyes to block out the light, and lavender to sooth the senses and encourage relaxation and rest.
The weight provides optimum pressure around the eyes and top of the nasal bone, helping to open up the sinuses and encouraging deeper breath.
